Keep your conversations light and amusing until she feels easy talking with you online. Don’t try to hurry her into meeting face-to-face. She will think you are desperate or a pervert. Patience. Patience. Patience.
Be totally realistic about your physical appearance and job. A serious relationship has never been, and will never be, rested on lies and deceit. Sooner or later she will discover the truth anyway and there you are back at square one.
A picture actually is worth a thousand words. Post a lot of pictures of yourself doing your casual activities and make them full body shots, not just head shots and not the lower part of your body. If you were dating a girl in the real life she wouldn’t just see this.
